Alex Naressi
Founder, Aberlay
I'm building Aberlay for the frontier founders who will define the next decade and move faster than any previous generation.
If you're early in building something ambitious, find me on LinkedIn.
About me
- AI & Computer Science engineer (INSA Lyon + Politecnico di Torino) and inventor. CIV alumni.
- Early R&D career at Aérospatiale (now Thales Alenia Space), Rhône-Poulenc (now Solvay), and the Faculty of Physics and Geosciences in Leipzig, focusing on NMRI (nuclear magnetic resonance imaging).
- 26 years at Accenture (joined pre-IPO, when it was still Andersen Consulting), the last 13 as Managing Director. Worked with Fortune 500 brands across tech, finance, retail, pharma, and government, from Apple to BMW to Roche.
- Led global R&D during Accenture Song's $0 to $20B growth, launched its global Innovation Center in Sophia Antipolis, hosted 100+ Fortune 500 C-level events, and co-authored Accenture Life Trends (Fjord Trends).
- Evaluated hundreds of startups worldwide, including OpenAI in their early years, selected the best, and embedded them into the world's largest companies.
- Left Accenture in February 2026 to build Aberlay.
What I'm looking for
Founders and teams with the courage to work in uncharted territory, under real technical and market uncertainty, willing to commit before anyone else. AI-first by structure, not feature. Pre-seed and seed.
